Refund policy

At Party Time Shop Design, every item is handmade and customized with care. Because of this, all sales are final. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom products (including coloring books, stickers, activity sets, and personalized designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Since these items are made specifically for you and your child’s theme, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns once production has started.

If We Made a Mistake

If there is an error on our end such as a misspelling, wrong design, missing items, or damaged product from production please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will gladly remake or replace the item at no cost to you.

To report an issue, email: kizzydozier@gmail.com with your name, order number, and clear photos of the problem.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Lost or stolen packages
• Items delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information at checkout

Color Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screens, printers, and ink. This is normal and not considered a defect.
