Party Time Shop Design creates handmade and custom-designed products for children’s parties. When you purchase from our shop, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to follow all policies listed on our website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Use of Our Designs

All products, artwork, graphics, and designs sold or displayed on this site are the property of Party Time Shop Design.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or claim our designs as your own
  • Modify our artwork for resale
  • Use our products for mass production or commercial use

All items are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

3. Ordering & Payments

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full purchase amount.
All custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable
  • There is an error in pricing or product information
  • Fraud or suspicious activity is detected

4. Production Time & Delivery

All items are handmade and require processing time. Production time varies per product and is listed on the product page.

Once shipped:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or any shipping carrier
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages due to carrier handling
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because our items are custom handmade:

  • All sales are final
  • No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations

If we make a mistake (wrong design, misspelling, damaged item), we will happily replace it. Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos. To report an issue, email: kizzydozier@gmail.com

6. Color & Print Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screens, printers, lighting, and ink. This variation is normal and not considered a defect.

7. Privacy

We do not sell or share your personal information. Your information is used only to process your order and improve your shopping experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree that Party Time Shop Design is not liable for:

  • Delayed shipments
  • Carrier errors
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Allergic reactions to materials
  • Damage caused by misuse of products
