Thank you for shopping with Party Time Shop Design! Every order is handmade with care and prepared just for you. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Processing Time
All items are custom-made.
Our standard processing time is:
3–5 business days for printing, assembly, and packaging.
Large or multiple orders may require an additional day.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

3–7 business days within the United States
(Actual transit time depends on USPS or the selected shipping carrier.)
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Confirmation
When your order ships, you will receive an email with:
- A tracking number
- Estimated delivery information
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
We ship to the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to the wrong address
- Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
If you notice an error, email kizzydozier@gmail.com ASAP.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will try to update it.
Once shipped, we cannot change the address.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Party Time Shop Design is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- “Marked as Delivered” packages that are not received
If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly.
We are unable to reship or refund orders affected by carrier issues.
Damage During Transit
If your package arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Package size
- Destination
Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply.
